Every day, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) empower people with disabilities; ensuring people in our communities have the support needed to thrive. DSP’s dedication and compassion make Rhode Island a more inclusive place

At our 36th annual DSP Appreciation Event, we will have the honor of recognizing these incredible individuals as Rhode Island’s 2024 DSPs of the Year. This is a group of outstanding professionals who are making an incredible impact on thousands of lives.
