October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a time to celebrate the contributions of people with disabilities and the change that inclusive employment brings to the workplace.
Change often starts with conversation and sometimes those talks happen over a cup of coffee.
With support from The Fogarty Center, Ruth brings hard work and heart to the West Wing Café where her kindness has made her a favorite among regulars and state leaders alike.
Working in the very place where laws are written, Ruth shows what inclusion truly means in action.
A big thank you to The Fogarty Center and West Wing Café for creating a space where everyone belongs.
