DESCRIPTION:Join the Nonprofit Legal Protection Project (NLPP) for an in-person info session for Rhode Island Foundation grantees on risks associated with recent actions threatening federal funding. The Rhode Island Foundation has partnered with the NLPP\, a legal resource built to ensure that the laws that protect federal funding to nonprofits will be followed and enforced so nonprofits can continue to fulfill their charitable missions. \nRegister today\, capacity is limited. Only one participant per organization may register and attend.  \nMany nonprofits that receive federal funding and rely on it to serve their communities are the subject of recent federal actions that threaten that funding.
