On November 4, more than 350 health and human service professionals came together for a day of learning. CPNRI’s Health & Human Services Conference was dedicated to learning, connection and inspiration.
From the moment doors opened, the energy in the room was electric. Attendees from across New England gathered to explore new ideas, share best practices and strengthen the partnerships that power our state’s human services system.

A Keynote That Sparked Momentum
The day began with a keynote that challenged and inspired. Joe Olwig started off the day with a speech about organizational framework. The co-author of At The Heart of Work set the tone for a day centered on progress, collaboration and practical takeaways.
Breakout Sessions That Drove Real-World Impact
Across 17 different breakout option, participants dove into sessions focused on leadership, innovation and frontline practice. Topics ranged from workforce solutions and leadership strategies to provider collaboration and direct support excellence.
