AUDIENCE: Executive leadership, managers and supervisors

DESCRIPTION: The days of status quo and tried and true approaches to leadership have given way to the need to continually reinvent oneself and the overarching purpose and mission of the organization – and lead change and transformation with humility, authenticity, and a collaborative spirit. This session is part lecture and part experiential exercise.
